It’s not uncommon to take on the stress of others in our care (including that of our partner) to the detriment of our own well-being. Although this is true for anyone, women in particular are good at giving to others but not always great at receiving. Unless caregivers are intentional about choosing to replenish their own energetic sustenance, they will not be able to be there for others in the way they would like to be. EFT Tapping is a great tool to assist with self-regulation and filling up one’s cup.
