She has spent much of her life in the role of caregiver — first to an ex-husband in her early twenties, and now to her mother. Her journey has been marked by early childhood trauma, surviving true crime, and navigating decades of PTSD while repeatedly falling through the cracks of the healthcare system. While battling her own eating disorder, she became the primary caregiver for her then-husband during his struggle with substance abuse, ultimately supporting him through a full and successful recovery. Their marriage ended five years later, but the caregiving never did. Today, she serves as a financial caregiver while continuing to heal the lingering effects of trauma, including episodes of dissociative memory loss. Through somatic practices, she has learned to stay grounded when unexpected memories surface. Alongside her caregiving responsibilities, she is building a mythology-meets-technology scientific startup in the field of genetics — a project fueled by resilience, curiosity, and a deep commitment to personal evolution. Her life has taught her powerful lessons about healing: the return to love begins with self-love. When we nourish ourselves, we naturally overflow into others. Through daily promises that rebuild self-trust and deepen self-commitment, she has discovered the foundation that allows her to show up in service to others.
