Seek out other caregivers. It will let you know that you are not alone and that you can compare experiences that will help you to find new ideas for better coping skills.

Support groups are everywhere, not just for caregivers in general, but specific caregivers, like stroke support, cancer support, PTSD support, etc. Never underestimate the power of support!
