Support, Support, Support! Seek out other caregivers. It will let you know that you are not alone and that you can compare experiences that will help you to find new ideas for better coping skills.

Don’t neglect your friends,  hobbies and interests.  Don’t isolate yourself and become an island that nobody can swim to reach you.  If you do this, you will be sent ancient in yourself to caregiver prison with no chance of parole.
